The invention relates to a method for repairing a thermal insulation outer wall and an outer wall thermal insulation structure. The method for repairing the thermal insulation outer wall comprises thefollowing operation steps that (1) an old wall is broken, and base layer treatment is carried out; (2) the base layer is coated with a layer of adhesion agent, and cement mortar is adopted for levelling; (3) thermal insulation slurry is smeared; (4) a steel wire mesh is fixed; (5) polymer waterproof slurry is smeared, wherein the polymer waterproof slurry is prepared from, by weight part, 50-80 parts of inorganic powder, 60-90 parts of acrylic emulsion and 3-10 parts of an aid, the inorganic powder is prepared from, by weight, Portland cement, silica powder, coarse whiting, barium sulfate andwhite carbon black, and the weight ratio of Portland cement to silica powder to coarse whiting to barium sulfate to white carbon black is (2-4):2:2:1:1; (6) alkali-resisting glass fiber gridding cloth is hung; and (7) a finish coat is smeared. The repairing method is easy to construct and operate; and the outer wall thermal insulation structure has the advantages of being not likely to crack or fall off, good in durability and stability and long in service life.
本发明涉及一种保温外墙的修缮方法及外墙保温结构，保温外墙的修缮方法包括如下操作步骤：（1）破除旧墙体、基层处理；（2）在基层上涂刷一层界面剂，采用水泥砂浆找平；（3）刷保温浆；（4）固定钢丝网；（5）涂抹聚合物防水浆料，所述聚合物防水浆料由如下重量份的原料配制而成：无机粉料50‑80份、丙烯酸乳液60‑90份和助剂3‑10份；所述无机粉料由如下重量配比的原料组成：硅酸盐水泥：硅微粉：重质碳酸钙：硫酸钡：白炭黑为（2‑4）：2：2：1：1；（6）挂耐碱玻纤网格布；（7）涂刷饰面层；本发明的修缮方法，施工操作简单；外墙保温结构具有不易开裂及脱落，耐久性及稳定性好且使用寿命长的优点。
