Modularized assembling process of refrigerating machine room
The invention discloses a modularized assembling process of a refrigerating machine room. The process comprises the following steps that S1, a technical drawing is prepared, the design drawing of therefrigerating machine room is deepened and decomposed by using a BIM technology to obtain a production, machining and assembling detail drawing of the refrigerating machine room, and when the BIM drawing is drawn, equipment and a pipeline are integrated into a module to the greatest extent to increase an integration level and improve a field assembly speed; and S2, the pipeline, an auxiliary part,a valve part, a water pump and the like are purchased, and transported into a machining plant. According to the process, the BIM technology is adopted, so that production time and processing time arepre-arranged in a factory, so that field construction operation time is saved for installation and electromechanical installation of the refrigerating machine room, and a construction period is ensured. By means of a two-dimensional code technology, speeds of screening and positioning of a module and component can be improved, the installation work efficiency is improved, and the engineering costis saved. In a factory, automatic equipment is mostly adopted for feeding, assembling, welding, etc., so that the construction efficiency is greatly improved while the quality is guaranteed, and theengineering cost is saved.
