For providing a universal inward-opening handle structure and saving on development and design cost, the invention provides an inward-opening handle structure and a vehicle. The inward-opening handlestructure comprises a handle, a clamping jaw and a limiting piece, wherein the clamping jaw is pivoted with the handle, the limiting piece is used for limiting the clamping jaw and the handle, and thelimiting piece is connected with the clamping jaw and the handle. According to the structure, the clamping jaw is independently formed and is pivoted with the handle, so that the clamping jaw can rotate relative to the handle, a position relation and a distance between the clamping jaw and the handle are adjusted, and the clamping jaw and the handle can be limited through the limiting piece afterbeing adjusted in place, so that the position relation and the distance between the clamping jaw and the handle are kept unchanged. By adjusting the position relation and the distance between the clamping jaw and the handle, the overall size and the overall shape of the inward-opening handle structure are adjusted, so that the inward-opening handle structure can meet the structural requirements of various vehicle types, and universalization of the inward-opening handle structure is achieved.
