The spring roller shutter mechanism solves the use problem of a spring roller shutter and comprises apositioning assembly and a reverse rotation assembly, wherein the positioning assembly comprises a positioning shaft, a positioning core and a positioning rotating sleeve; the positioning shaft, thepositioning core and the positioning rotating sleeve are sequentially connected in a sleeved mode from inside to outside; the positioning rotating sleeve is provided with limiting nails, the positioning core is provided with gear grooves allowing the limiting nails to be inserted therein for sliding, the side wall of one side of each gear groove is provided with a movable groove and a locking groove, and the side wall of the other side opposite to the gear groove is provided with a return groove; the limiting nails are sequentially moved into the movable grooves, the locking grooves and the return grooves in sequence or in a reverse sequence; and the positioning core and the positioning shaft have a locking state and a movable state. The design is ingenious, the positioning core and the positioning shaft are combined for limiting or separated through the gear design to achieve the fixed stop effect, reverse rotation is carried out through the reverse rotation assembly to facilitate gear switching, and the spring roller shutter mechanism is more convenient and sensitive to use compared with a conventional roller shutter mechanism.
