The invention discloses an intelligent seal lock device. According to the traceability intelligent lock device adopted by the invention, instant data of the meal delivery time of merchants, the meal taking time of takeout workers and the time for delivering consumers in an offline link can be obtained, delivery efficiency of takeout delivery personnel is greatly improved, and a problem of food pollution in the delivery process is thoroughly avoided; the intelligent seal lock can perform state monitoring and tracing from the production place, on the way, to the store and otherlinks in the food material and tableware distribution process according to actual requirements. An intelligent lockset can bite an opening of a plastic bag in the distribution process and only receives signals of the intelligent terminal to unlock and lock, so the intelligent lockset is only controlled by a merchant or a user to unlock, and distribution personnel are prevented from stealing or opening the plastic bag without permission.
