The invention relates to a sand-in-sand stone-like coating and a preparation method thereof. The sand-in-sand stone-like coating is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 2.5 to 3.5 parts of sand-containing basic paint, 0.8 to 1.2 parts of granulation gel liquid, 2.8 to 3.2 parts of sand-in-sand slurry and 3 to 4 parts of natural colored sand. The sand-in-sand stone-like coating can effectively solve the problems that the existing sand-in-water coating is poor in aging resistance and extremely easy to fade due to poor weather resistance of part of organic color paste such as phthalocyanine blue, scarlet, medium yellow and the like when color points of the existing sand-in-water coating adopt color paste for color modulation, the construction process of water-in-water and sand-in-water two-time spraying of real stone paint priming is tedious, so that the construction period is long and the cost is high, and stone-like coating construction is high in consumption, poorin simulation degree, prone to dust accumulation and poor in dirt resistance. Due to the fact that dispersed phase color points are insufficient in strength, particles are extremely prone to tenderizing in construction and storage, and the problem that color points are prone to being broken in the later construction process is solved.
本发明涉一种砂包砂仿石涂料及其制备方法,其组分按重量份数计包括含砂基础漆2.5‑3.5份、造粒凝胶液0.8‑1.2份、砂包砂浆料2.8‑3.2份、天然彩砂3‑4份。本发明能够有效解决现有水包砂的色点采用色浆调色,部分有机色浆如酞青蓝、大红、中黄等耐候性差,导致水包砂涂料耐老化性较差,极易褪色;真石漆打底的水包水、水包砂两遍喷涂的水包砂施工过程繁琐,导致工期长成本高;真石漆施工存在耗量高,仿真度差,易积灰,耐脏污性能差;由于分散相彩点强度不够,在施工及存储中粒子极易变嫩,导致后期施工过程中存在彩点易喷碎的问题。
