Underground hole filling material and underground hole filling method
The invention discloses an underground hole filling material and an underground hole filling method. The filling material is prepared by mixing cement, coal ash and silty-fine sand according to a partratio of 1: 1: (1-3). As a possible implementation mode, mineral powder can be further added into the filling material, and the cement, the coal ash, the silty-fine sand and the mineral powder are mixed according to a part ratio of 1: 1: 1: 2. According to the invention, mining area on-site fill materials such as fine sand, silty-fine sand and silt and materials such as sandbag soil and mineral powder are stirred with the cement and the fly ash to form the sandbag soil filling material with bonding strength, and the sandbag soil filling material is applied to grouting in replacement of pure cement, double liquid and composite slurry or cement slurry formed by mixing cement, fly ash, coarse whiting powder and pure water in the prior art; and thus, under the condition of meeting the requirement for filling strength, cement materials are greatly saved, so construction cost is reduced.
本发明公开了一种地下孔洞充填材料及其充填方法,充填材料由水泥、粉煤灰、粉细砂按1∶1∶1~3的份数比进行混合制成;作为一种可能的实施方式,进一步,本方案其可以加入矿粉,所述的水泥、粉煤灰、粉细砂、矿粉按1∶1∶1∶2的份数比进行混合制成。本方案采用矿区现场填方材料,如细砂、粉细砂、粉土等,沙包土及矿粉等材料,与水泥、粉煤灰搅拌形成具有粘结强度的沙包土充填材料,代替现有技术采用纯水泥、双液及复合浆液注浆或者是水泥、粉煤灰和重钙粉组料与纯水混合的水泥浆料。在满足充填强度情况下,实现大大节约水泥材料,从而节省工程造价。
