The gypsum mortar is prepared from the following raw materials: 60-90 parts of modified building gypsum, 10-40 parts of machine-made sand, 0.5-5 parts of vitrified micro bubbles, 0.5-1 part of modified fibers, 3-10 parts of ash calcium, 0.1-0.5 part of a retarder, 0.1-0.5 part of a water-retaining agent, 0.1-0.3 part of rubber powder, 0.1-0.5 part of a dispersing agent and 0.1-0.3 part of a lubricating agent. The gypsum mortar prepared by the invention has the advantages of strong adhesive property, high strength, good impermeability, thermal insulation property and the like; and a strong bonding effect is achieved among concrete hollow blocks, the heat preservation performance of an inner partition wall made of the concrete hollow blocks is basically not affected, and the problems of seepage, cracking and reduced heat preservation performance due to application of existing mortar to walls made of concrete hollow block are solved.
