The preparation method of the ceramic comprisesthe step of granulating by using ceramic slurry, wherein the ceramic slurry comprises a ceramic powder material and a polycarboxylate water reducing agent; the ceramic powder material comprises one ora mixture of B4C, SiC and Al2O3 and is a single-particle-size material, and D50 is smaller than or equal to 0.5 micron; the weight of the polycarboxylate water reducing agent is 0.18%-0.35% of the weight of the ceramic powder material. According to the invention, the problems of over-adhesion and low solid content of slurry in spray granulation of fine micron single-particle-size powder are solved; the method improves slurry fluidity, fully solves tower blockage caused by stirring dead angles and slurry self-deposition in the later stage of spray granulation, and provides a method with guiding significance for a granulation process of single-particle-size powder ceramics.
