The invention discloses a preparation method of in-situ silicon carbide nanowire toughened silicon carbide ceramic. According to the invention, a pyrolytic reaction of polycarbosilane is utilized, sowhile silicon carbide block ceramic is synthesized, silicon carbide nanowires are grown in situ in the silicon carbide block ceramic and on the surface of the silicon carbide block ceramic; through afurther precursor infiltration pyrolysis (PIP) densification process, the high-density silicon carbide nanowire toughened silicon carbide ceramic is prepared; and the cracking trend of the silicon carbide ceramic is reduced by virtue of the toughening effect of the nanowires, and the thermal shock resistance of the silicon carbide ceramic is improved.
本发明公开了一种原位碳化硅纳米线增韧碳化硅陶瓷的制备方法,利用聚碳硅烷的热解反应,在合成碳化硅块体陶瓷的同时,在其内部和表面原位生长碳化硅纳米线,通过进一步的前驱体浸渍裂解(PIP)致密化工艺,制备高致密度的碳化硅纳米线增韧碳化硅陶瓷,借助纳米线的增韧作用,减少碳化硅陶瓷的开裂趋势,提升其抗热震性能。
