This invention belongs to the technical field of ceramic microspheres preparation, and specifically relates to a preparation method of monodisperse micron-sized hollow ceramic microspheres. The preparation method comprise that following steps: taking a siloxane monomer as a reaction monomer and deionize water as a reaction dispersion medium, carrying out polymerization reaction on the monomer by utilizing an alkaline catalyst to obtain polysiloxane microsphere powder, sintering the polysiloxane microsphere powder at a high temperature for ceramicisation of the polysiloxane microsphere powder to prepare the monodisperse micron-sized hollow ceramic microspheres with the particle size of 1-6 mu m. The method has simple steps, easily controlled reaction conditions and high production efficiency, and can realize large-scale batch production
