Toilet waterproof coating and construction method
The invention discloses a toilet waterproof coating and a construction method. The toilet waterproof coating is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 94 to 99 percent of a single-component polyaspartic acid ester polyurea coating, 0.2 to 1.0 percent of nano cerium dioxide powder and 0.5 to 5.0 percent of nano diamond powder. According to the waterproof coating, the excellent physical strength and chemical resistance of the single-component polyaspartate polyurea are utilized, then the single-component polyaspartic acid ester polyurea coating is modified through nano particles of nano cerium dioxide and diamond powder, so that on one hand, the conventional mechanical properties such as adhesive force, impact resistance and flexibility of the nano coating can be improved, on the other hand, the aging resistance, corrosion resistance, radiation resistance and the like of the coating can be improved. As the nano particle coating has higher thermal stability, mechanical stability and better hydrophobic property, the water absorption rate of the coating can be reduced, and the coating is suitable for walls or grounds in watery humid environments such as toilets and the like.
