The invention relates to the technical field of railway track accessories, and particularly discloses a stepped sliding bed plate for a railway turnout and a manufacturing process thereof. The steppedsliding bed plate comprises a base plate, a bedplate and an iron base, the bedplate and the iron base are arranged at the two ends of the same plane in the longitudinal direction of the base plate correspondingly, and the contact plane of the bedplate and a point rail comprises a hardened section and a basic section; the invention further discloses a manufacturing process of the stepped sliding bed plate for the railway turnout. The manufacturing process comprises the steps of bedplate pretreatment, processing, cladding, flattening and the like. According to the invention, the bedplate of thesliding bed plate is stepped; and the side, away from the stock rail, of the platen is hardened so that the side, close to the stock rail, of the platen does not lose toughness, the situation that ahardened layer falls off and loses a reinforced wear-resisting layer due to vibration caused by the stock rail in the hardened section is reduced, the service life of the sliding bed table is prolonged, the maintenance frequency of the sliding bed table is reduced, and the passing efficiency of the turnout is improved.
