The invention relates to the field of rail destressing, and particularly relates to a bullet train rail middle automatic destressing device which comprises a main body, a rail body, an impact vehicle,a quick change mechanism, a moving mechanism, a reciprocating mechanism, a rotating mechanism and a fixing mechanism. The quick change mechanism is arranged; heavy collision block can be quickly removed; weight of handling is reduced; a moving mechanism is arranged so that the impact vehicle can conveniently clamp the two sides of the rail body; when not in use, a rotary column can be rotated sothat a support frame can be deflected, and usage of the impact vehicle is convenient; through using the reciprocating mechanism, the impact vehicle can automatically impact the main body so that a labor force and working time are saved, and working efficiency is improved; through the arrangement of the fixing mechanism, the rail bodies of different sections can be clamped according to needs, andtedious steps needed for completing a fixing effect traditionally are reduced; and through the arrangement of the rotating mechanism, parts in the main body can be rotated forwards and backwards conveniently, and a third-party tool which is prone to being lost is prevented from being used.
本发明涉及铁轨除应力领域,具体的说是一种动车铁轨中部自动除应力装置,包括主体、铁轨本体、撞击车、快换机构、移动机构、往复机构、转动机构和固定机构;通过快换机构的设置,快速的拆除掉沉重的撞块,减轻搬运的重量,通过移动机构的设置,从而方便撞击车夹持到铁轨本体的两侧,在不使用时亦可通过转动转柱,实现偏转支撑架,方便撞击车的使用,通过往复机构的使用,能够自动的让撞击车撞击主体,节省了劳动力和工作时间,提高了工作效率,通过固定机构的设置,能够根据需要夹持住不同段的铁轨本体,减少了传统的完成固定效果所需的繁琐步骤,通过转动机构的设置,能够方便正反转动主体内部的零部件,避免使用到容易丢失的第三方工具。
