The invention discloses a construction method for replacing a drainage ditch with a floor drain in a hollow terrace, whichrelates to a construction method for drainage of an underground engineering bottom plate, drainage of surface cleaning water and structural leakage water. In order to discharge cleaning water on the surface, only a full-length drainage ditch can be made on a terrace, automobiles in an underground garage can be rolled over from the drainage ditch, indoor attractiveness is affected, and peculiar smells in the drainage ditch and vibration noise of the automobiles exist. Therefore, a drainage ditch is replaced by a local floor drain, and the method specifically comprises the steps that a plastic drainage plate is laid on a structural bottom plate surface, a drainage pipe isplaced on the drainage plate or the structural surface, concrete is poured to form a hollow terrace, one end of the drainage pipe extends to an upper opening of a water collecting well, and the otherend of the drainage pipe is connected with a settling pond. Ground cleaning water is drained into the water collecting well from the drainage pipe through the floor drain or the settling pond, an indoor drainage ditch is omitted, attractiveness is achieved, vibration of a vehicle and the drainage ditch is avoided, the exposed humidity and peculiar smell of the drainage ditch are reduced, and a more comfortable undergroundinternal environment is provided.
在中空地坪中用地漏替代排水沟的施工方法，涉及地下工程底板排水，排表面清洗水和结构渗漏水的施工方法。为了排出表面的清洗水只能在地坪上做出通长的排水沟，地下车库的汽车会从排水沟上碾压过去，影响室内美观，又有水沟中的异味，车辆的震动噪音。因此本发明取消排水沟改为用局部地漏，具体做法是：在结构底板面上铺塑料排水板，在排水板上或结构表面上放排水管，再浇砼做成中空地坪，排水管的一端伸到集水井上口，排水管的另一端联接沉淀池。通过地漏或沉淀池将地面清洗水从排水管中排入集水井，取消了室内排水沟，达到美观，没有车辆与排水沟的震动，减少了排水沟外露的湿度和异味，提供了一种更舒适的地下室内环境。
