The support comprises an upper connecting steel plate, an upper sliding cover plate, energy dissipation soft steel, shear keys and a lower connecting steel plate, the upper connecting steel plate is of a cylindrical structure and is fixed to the bottomof a bridge, a groove with a circular cross section is formed in the middle of the lower surface of the upper connecting steel plate, and the upper sliding cover plate is of a circular structure and is fixed to the top wall of the groove through the shear keys; the energy dissipation soft steel is of a strip-shaped structure, one end of the energy dissipation soft steel is fixed to the side wall of the groove, and a gap is formed between the other end of the energy dissipation soft steel and the upper sliding cover plate. The lower connecting steel plate is fixed to the top of a pier, and a lead core rubber vibration isolation support is arranged between the lower connecting steel plate and the upper sliding cover plate. The support has the advantages of being simple in structure, clear instress and the like, and multi-stage fortification and graded energy consumption under earthquakes of different intensities can be achieved.
