The invention provides a bridge erecting machine and method for full-prefabricated bridge erecting construction, and relates to the technical field of bridge erecting machines. The bridge erecting machine comprises a machine arm, a front supporting assembly, a middle supporting assembly, a rear supporting assembly and a hoisting assembly. The front supporting assembly, the middle supporting assembly and the rear supporting assembly are connected with the machine arm so as to support the machine arms. The hoisting assembly is arranged on the machine arm and is suitable for moving on the machinearm; the hoisting assembly is suitable for hoisting a prefabricated pier body, a prefabricated pier cap or a prefabricated box girder. At least one of the front supporting assembly, the middle supporting assembly, the rear supporting assembly and the hoisting assembly is suitable for changing the structural state so that the bridge erecting machine for full-prefabricated bridge erecting construction can be in the working condition of erecting a prefabricated pier body and a prefabricated pier cap or in the working condition of erecting a prefabricated box girder. The prefabricated pier and the prefabricated box girder are erected through the same bridge erecting machine, the construction cost is low, and the construction quality and efficiency are high.
