The invention discloses an ecological noise reduction combined sound insulation board for elevated rail transit. An outer frame is included; a back surface of the outer frame is fixedly connected witha combined plate; a vacuum plate is fixedly attached to one surface, away from the outer frame, of the combined plate; the outer frame comprises a bottom plate arranged at the bottom of the outer frame; and symmetrical vertical rods are fixedly arranged at the two ends of the top surface of the bottom plate, a plurality of transverse rods which are linearly distributed at equal intervals are embedded between the two vertical rods, symmetrical bottom screws are embedded into the two sides of the back surface of the bottom plate, symmetrical top screws are embedded into one side of the upper end of the outer frame, and the combined plate comprises a gypsum plate and a foamed aluminum plate which are attached to each other. Bottom screws which are symmetrical to each other are embedded intothe two sides of the back surface of the bottom plate; and the symmetrical top screws are embedded into one side of the upper end of the outer frame, first screw holes matched with the top screws andthe bottom screws are formed in the four corners of the combined plate, and second screw holes matched with the first screw holes are formed in the four corners of the vacuum plate so that the combined sound insulation board is convenient to assemble.
