The invention discloses an ultrafine fog drop particle size demister. Superfine particles, water vapor and fog drops in medium and small air volumes and high and low concentrations discharged by a factory and mine enterprise flow through an air inlet reducer pipe and are treated by a centrifugal negative pressure process of a demisting filter device to form water drops and are separated from the water drops by a demisting filter screen and flow into an exhaust reducer pipe and are discharged outwards; water drops flow through a negative pressure area in the demisting and filtering device to flow downwards into a drainage pipe, and a drainage ball valve is opened to discharge outwards; the defogging effect on gas containing ultrafine fog drops with the particle size of PM2.5 or above is 95%or above, the moisture content is 5% or below, and therefore haze formed in air is reduced, and the atmospheric environment quality is improved.
本发明的一种超细雾滴粒径除雾器,对厂矿企业排放出中小风量高低浓度中含有的超细颗粒物、水蒸气、雾滴的气体流经进气变径管、经由除雾过滤装置的离心负压工艺处理形成水滴、再次通过除雾滤网气与水滴的分离后流入到排气变径管向外排出;水滴流经除雾过滤装置内的负压区域向下流进排水管、打开排水球阀向外排出;对含有超细雾滴粒径PM2.5以上气体的除雾效果为95%以上、含湿率为5%以下,从而减少空气中形成雾霾发生和改善大气环境质量。
