The invention discloses a municipal road warning sign with a self-cleaning module. The warning sign comprises a sliding groove, the sliding groove is formed in the ground, a mounting rod is arranged on the ground, a strip-shaped cavity is formed in the mounting rod, a connecting block is fixedly connected to the upper end of the mounting rod, a warning sign body is fixedly connected to one side ofthe connecting block, a vertical cavity and a square cavity are formed in the connecting block, and the square cavity is located above the vertical cavity; and a treading trigger mechanism is included and comprises a lower pressing plate connected into the sliding groove in a sliding mode, the upper end of the lower pressing plate penetrates through a groove opening of the sliding groove, and thelower end of the lower pressing plate is elastically connected with the inner bottom of the sliding groove through two first connecting springs. When the warning sign is used, dust on the surface ofthe warning sign is automatically cleaned by taking passing vehicles as trigger conditions, manual cleaning is not needed, the warning sign is convenient to use, and a potential safety hazard that a cleaner stands on a high ladder for cleaning is eliminated.
