The invention discloses pedestrian road-crossing protection equipment. The equipment adopts a design of the folding and unfolding device and a power matching device; and the equipment adopts a folding mode and an unfolding mode, an effect of warning vehicle deceleration when the equipment is folded is achieved, the function that people can cross the road tobe separated from normal traffic of the vehicle when the equipment is unfolded is realized, people can cross the road more safely, and normal traffic operation is not affected.
