The invention discloses a roadblock device for municipal engineering. The device comprises a bottom placing cavity, an inclined predictive deceleration structure and a blocking structure. The inclinedpredictive deceleration structure comprises a bottom power mechanism, a first threaded rod, a first matching threaded rod, a sliding base, a supporting plate, an inclined column, a deceleration blockand a through hole. The blocking structure comprises a second threaded rod, a blocking column, a second matching threaded rod and a movable base. According to the device, inclined columns are arranged between blocking columns so that response time can be provided to a driver when the blocking columns are lifted, a situation that a front end of a vehicle is damaged and unnecessary economic lossesare caused due to a fact that the vehicle directly impacts the blocking columns is avoided, and meanwhile a push plate is arranged on the device and can buffer inertia forward movement caused by braking of the vehicle at an excessively high speed.
