According to the technical scheme, a parking spot lock with an infrared control function comprises a rocker arm and a main shaft. The main shaft is connected with the rocker arm. The parking spot lockis characterized in that a cavity is formed in a base; a motor comprises an output shaft, and the motor is arranged in the cavity; a power supply is used for providing power required by the parking spot lock, and the power supply is arranged in the cavity; one end of a switching shaft is connected with an output shaft of the motor, the other end of the switching shaft is connected with the main shaft, the motor drives the output shaft, the switching shaft rotates along with the output shaft, and the main shaft rotates along with the switching shaft; a shading plate is arranged on the switching shaft; and a control circuit board is provided with an infrared receiving end and an infrared transmitting end, and when the switching shaft rotates to a first position, the shading plate is locatedbetween the infrared receiving end and the infrared transmitting end. The parking spot lock has the beneficial effects that the infrared receiving end and the infrared transmitting end are arranged on the control circuit board, infrared signals are interrupted by the shading plate through the infrared transmitting end and the infrared receiving end, and therefore a purpose of controlling the lifting position of the rocker arm is achieved; and when the parking spot lock rocker arm falls to the ground, the parking spot lock detects that a driving current is maximum and stops the motor action. Therefore, compared with mechanical control, the parking spot lock is simple and compact in structure, small in occupied area and low in cost.
