The invention belongs to the technical field of road cleaning and especially relates to a sweeper driving system of a road cleaning vehicle and the road cleaning vehicle. The system comprises a workbench, a water storage tank, a dirt tank and a push handle are fixedly connected to the top of the workbench, a water inlet is fixedly connected to a left side of the water storage tank, a high-pressurepump is fixedly connected to the bottom of the inner wall of the water storage tank, a branch pipe is fixedly connected to the left side of the high-pressure pump, and a high-pressure spray head is fixedly connected to the left side of the branch pipe. In the invention, the high-pressure pump is arranged; water in the water storage tank can be sprayed to a road surface; therefore, the road surface can be cleaned; and an active carbon filter can filter sewage and the sewage can be conveyed into the water storage tank again to be reused, a purpose of saving resources is achieved, dirt left after sweeping and brushing can be absorbed through suction cups and conveyed into the dirt tank through a dirt absorption hose, all electric appliances in the device can be powered through a storage battery, and practicability of the device is improved.
