The invention relates to the technical field of water conservancy projects, and particularly relates to a combined two-way pump station applied to water transfer, water delivery and water storage anda system thereof. The combined two-way pump station comprises concrete pipelines and a two-way pump valve, a pipeline valve is mounted between the concrete pipelines, and a switch shaft is mounted onthe pipeline valve. The two-way pump valve comprises a valve body and a distribution box, the valve body comprises a first pump body, a second pump body, connecting bodies and the distribution box, the first pump body and the second pump body are of the same structure and are oppositely installed in a forward and reverse mode, and cavity sets are arranged in the first pump body and the second pumpbody through first partition plates correspondingly; water level probes are placed in the first cavities of the cavity sets, water pumps are mounted in the remaining cavities of the cavity sets, second partition plates are arranged between the multiple connecting bodies, the multiple connecting bodies are mounted between the first pump body and the second pump body, and a water level controller is arranged in the distribution box.
