The invention discloses a confined concrete column based on a TRC prefabricated shell made of sea sand and seawater and a preparation method. The confined concrete column comprises the TRC prefabricated shell and a core concrete column poured inside the TRC prefabricated shell, wherein the TRC prefabricated shell comprises a corrosion-resistant lining and a TRC composite material bonded to the periphery of the corrosion-resistant lining; the TRC composite material comprises fine aggregate concrete and at least one layer of fiber woven mesh pre-buried in the fine aggregate concrete; the fine aggregate concrete is made of the sea sand, the seawater, cement and the like; a plurality of hollow grouting holes are formed in the surface of the corrosion-resistant lining, and the interior of eachhollow grouting hole is filled with the fine aggregate concrete; and the core concrete column is made of seaside gravel, the sea sand, the seawater and the cement. According to the confined concrete column, all the composition materials are resistant to marine corrosion environment, the main raw material can be drawn locally, and construction is convenient, green and environmentally friendly; andthe TRC prefabricated shell can serve as a pouring formwork of the core concrete column and generates a confinement effect on the core concrete column, and therefore the total axial compression bearing capacity is improved.
