The invention discloses an ecological ramp protection device for water conservancy construction. The ecological ramp protection device comprises a top frame, an ecological frame and a bottom frame which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom; the upper end and the lower end of the ecological frame are arranged in the top frame and the bottom frame in an inserted mode through inserting rods correspondingly to be fixed, the ecological frame is composed of a plurality of splicing frame plates which are sequentially in but joint in an inserted arranged mode, and a plurality of square culturecavities are formed in the splicing frame plates; a rotating supporting plate is arranged on the top face of the bottom frame, and the bottom of the rotating supporting plate is rotationally connected with the bottom frame through a rotating shaft; and a lifting rod is arranged on the top face of the bottom frame, and a rotating frame rotationally connected with the lifting rod is arranged at theupper end of the lifting rod. According to the device, falling objects are intercepted on the upper side and the lower side through the arrangement of a vertical baffle and the rotating supporting plate, so that damage caused by the falling objects is reduced; and green plants and soil in the culture cavities are used for absorption, and the soil is reserved in gathering grooves, so that loss tothe upper portion and damage to the lower portion caused by soil loss is avoided, and the safety of a construction site and the position below the construction site is ensured.
