The invention discloses a water discharging device for field ditch irrigation and drainage. The water discharging device comprises a water discharging retaining wall, wherein a water discharging mechanism is arranged inside the water discharging retaining wall; the water discharging mechanism comprises a first groove, a second groove, a third groove, water outlet holes, fixing rings, L-shaped fixing rods, filter screens, water baffles, circular convex blocks, cavities, fixing plates, threaded rods and rotary discs, wherein the first groove is formed in the top of the front side of the water discharging retaining wall. According to the water discharging device for field ditch irrigation and drainage, through the water outlet holes, the fixing rings and the filter screens in the grooves andthe cavities and the threaded rods in the water baffles, the three water outlet holes can be formed in the water discharging retaining wall, the water baffles are used for sealing the water outlet holes, and the threaded rods can be rotated to move the positions of the water baffles, so that the water discharging amount of the three water outlet holes is adjusted correspondingly; and meanwhile, water is discharged at the three different positions according to needs, due to the arrangement of the cavities, the water baffles cannot rotate along with the threaded rods, and the situation that thethreaded rods cannot be rotated due to the fact that the water baffles rotate along with the threaded rods is avoided.
