Concrete layering construction method
The embodiment of the invention provides a concrete layering construction method which comprises bed rock surface clearing and reinforcing steel bar mounting, wherein bed rock surface clearing comprises the following steps: clearing impurities, mud and the like on a foundation base before concrete pouring, clearing loose rocks for the bed rock surface, and flushing with pressure water; if pressure-bearing water is present, adopting rapid hardening cement to block and leaving an intensive water drainage hole for guiding water out of a working surface through a hose; entering a next process after checking out; and for a rock base and a soft base, which are easily weathered, treating a foundation temporary protective layer before formwork-erecting and bar-binding. Through the design, the concrete layering construction method can ensure structure basis of a building constructed on a rock bed stable.
本发明实施例提供了一种混凝土分层施工方法，包括基岩面清理和钢筋安装两个环节，其中岩面清理包括：混凝土浇筑前，清除建基面上的杂物、泥土等，岩基面清除松动岩石，并用压力水冲洗干净；如遇有承压水，将采用快硬水泥堵塞并留集中排水口用软管将水引出工作面；经检验合格，才能进入下一个工序；易风化的岩石基础及软基，在立模扎筋前应处理好地基临时保护层。通过本发明的设计，可以确保在岩层上构建筑物的结构基础稳定。
