The invention provides a self-sinking type deep foundation pit barrier wall structure. The self-sinking type deep foundation pit barrier wall structure comprises a barrel type barrier wall body. The bottom of the barrel type barrier wall body is provided with a ground breaking structure. The barrel type barrier wall body is suitable for achieving upward ground breaking and sinking under the gravity matching of the ground breaking structure and the barrel type barrier wall body. A water pipe which is through vertically is formed in the barrel type barrier wall body through pouring. The water pipe is provided with a water outlet and a water inlet, wherein the water outlet is formed in the lower end face of the barrel type barrier wall body, and the water inlet is formed in the upper end faceof the barrel type barrier wall body. The self-sinking type deep foundation pit barrier wall structure further comprises resistance enhancement devices arranged on the outer side wall of the barrel type barrier wall body. The resistance enhancement devices are used for cooperating with a foundation to adjust the upward resistance applied by the foundation to the barrel type barrier wall body. Theinvention further provides a construction method for an underground space structure.
