The invention relates to a precise steel latticed column mounting method applied to foundation pit support engineering. The precise steel latticed column mounting method comprises the following steps:determining a straight line: drawing a line or pulling a rope on ground along a pile hole position of a filling pile; determining a direction: pressing a compass onto the straight line, superposing acompass pointer with the straight line, and recording the direction to which the compass pointer points; mounting a calibration part: placing the calibration part on the top of a steel sheath for filling pile construction, enabling at least one side of the calibration part to fit to one outer side wall of a steel latticed column, fitting the compass to the side, superposing the compass pointer direction with the side, rotating the calibration part and the compass until the direction pointed by the compass pointer is a recorded direction, and fixedly connecting the calibration part to the topsurface of the steel sheath; hoisting the steel latticed column; rotating the bottom of the steel latticed column by referring to the calibration standard, and slowly dropping the steel latticed column into the steel sheath; pouring concrete; and dismounting the calibration part. The precise steel latticed column mounting method has the effect that the mounted steel latticed column is not liable to tilt.
本发明涉及一种应用于基坑支护工程中的钢格构柱精准安装方法,包括以下步骤:直线确定:沿着灌注桩的桩孔位置在地面画线或者拉绳;方位确定:用罗盘压在上述直线上,且使罗盘指针和上述直线重合,记录罗盘指针所指向的方位;校准件安装:在灌注桩施工用的钢护套顶部放置校准件,校准件至少有一侧边用于与钢格构柱的一外侧壁相贴合,将罗盘贴合于上述侧边且使罗盘指针方向和上述侧边相重合,一起转动校准件和罗盘,直至罗盘指针所指向为所记录的方位,然后使校准件和钢护套顶面固定连接;吊装钢格构柱:然后参照校准件转动钢格构柱的底部,再缓缓下放钢格构柱至钢护套中;浇筑混凝土;拆除校准件。本发明具有安装得到的钢格构柱不易歪斜的效果。
