Foundation pit construction sedimentation stabilization method
The invention provides a foundation pit construction sedimentation stabilization method, and relates to the field of road pile foundation construction. The foundation pit construction sedimentation stabilization method includes 7 main steps and is mainly used for ensuring stability during rail sedimentation. A foundation pit support device needs to be used during application. A support pile set connected end to end to form a ring shape is included and is composed of multiple support piles. Each support pile is fixedly connected with a wale. The adjacent wales are connected end to end to form apolygon supporting frame on the support pile set. An inwards-concave storage groove is formed in the bottom of each support pile. A gas bag is arranged in each storage groove. A gas pipe connected with the corresponding gas bag is arranged in each support pile. A gas inlet connected with the corresponding gas bag is formed in the top of each support pile. Compared with the prior art, the method is mainly used for ensuring stability during foundation pit rail sedimentation when foundation pit rail sedimentation is inevitable; by means of the gas bags ejected out at the bottoms, the contact area of the support piles and soil is enlarged, and the sedimentation pressure is reduced; and then a foundation pit rail is made to conduct vertical sedimentation through a balancing weight, the foundation pit rail can be uniform in stress and small in sedimentation range as much as possible, and stability of foundation pit faces is ensured.
一种基坑施工稳定沉降方法,涉及道路桩基施工领域,包括7个主要步骤,主要保证围栏沉降时的稳定。应用时需要用到基坑支护装置。包括首尾相连形成圈状的支护桩组,支护桩组由若干个支护桩组成,支护桩固定连接有腰梁,相邻腰梁首尾连接后在支护桩组形成多边形支撑框,支护桩底部设置有内凹的收纳槽,收纳槽内设置有气囊,支护桩内设置有连接气囊的气管,支护桩顶部设置有连接有气囊的进气口。与现有技术相比,本方法主要是在基坑围栏沉降不可避免时保证基坑围栏沉降时的稳定,通过底部的弹出气囊增加支护桩与土壤的接触面积,减少沉降的压力,然后通过配重块使基坑围栏竖直沉降,尽可能的使基坑围栏受力均匀、沉降范围小,保证基坑面的稳定。
