Anti-settling deviation method for foundation pit construction
The invention relates to an anti-settling deviation method for foundation pit construction, and relates to the field of road pile foundation construction. The method comprises seven main steps, and the stability of a fence during settlement is mainly guaranteed. When the method is applied, a foundation pit supporting device needs to be used. The foundation pit supporting device comprises a supporting pile group which is connected end to end to form a ring shape, wherein the supporting pile group is composed of a plurality of supporting piles, an inner waist beam is fixedly connected to the inner side of each supporting pile, an inner polygonal supporting frame is formed in the supporting pile group after the adjacent inner waist beams are connected end to end, an outer waist beams is slidably connected outside each supporting pile, and an outer polygonal supporting frame is formed outside the supporting pile group after the adjacent outer waist beams are connected end to end. Comparedwith the prior art, the method has the beneficial effects that the stability of the foundation pit fence during settlement is ensured when the settlement of the foundation pit fence is inevitable, thefoundation pit fence vertically settles, the stress of the foundation pit fence is uniform as much as possible, the settlement range is small, and the stability of the foundation pit surface is guaranteed. 一种基坑施工防沉降偏离方法,涉及道路桩基施工领域,包括7个主要步骤,主要保证围栏沉降时的稳定。应用时需要用到基坑支护装置。其中基坑支护装置包括首尾相连形成圈状的支护桩组,所述支护桩组由若干个支护桩组成,所述的支护桩内固定连接有内腰梁,相邻所述内腰梁首尾连接后在支护桩组内形成内多边形支撑框,所述的支护桩外滑动连接有外腰梁,相邻所述外腰梁首尾连接后在支护桩组外形成外多边形支撑框。与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:在基坑围栏沉降不可避免时保证基坑围栏沉降时的稳定,使基坑围栏竖直沉降,尽可能的使基坑围栏受力均匀、沉降范围小,保证基坑面的稳定。解决以往基坑围栏沉降时出现偏移、错位的问题。
