Shed-tunnel combined novel support structure and construction method
The invention provides a shed-tunnel combined novel support structure and a construction method. The shed-tunnel combined novel support structure comprises a shed-tunnel support unit and a rockfall buffer unit; the shed-tunnel support unit comprises a plurality of supporting units and a shed-tunnel longitudinal beam, and each supporting unit comprises a vertical supporting column A, a vertical supporting column B and a horizontal beam; and the rockfall buffer unit comprises a shed-tunnel roof cover plate and a buffer backfill layer. By adopting the scheme, excavation is directly carried out onthe side face of a steep hillslope, the range of the width of a newly-built highway subgrade or the width of a widened highway section is greatly increased, and the adaptability is higher during construction at a steep slope bedrock highway section with high slope stability; and besides, environmental damage can be reduced, the construction cost can be reduced, the construction period can be shortened, and the construction difficulty is reduced.
本发明提供了一种棚隧结合的新型支护结构及施工方法,包括棚隧支护单元和落石缓冲单元;所述棚隧支护单元包括多个支撑单元和棚洞纵向梁,所述支撑单元包括竖向支撑柱A、竖向支撑柱B和水平梁;所述落石缓冲单元包括棚洞顶盖板和缓冲回填层;采用本方案,直接在陡峭山坡的侧面进行开挖,新建公路路基的宽度或加宽路段的宽度的范围大大增加,在对坡体稳定性较好的陡坡基岩路段时适应性更好,且能减少对环境的破坏,降低工程造价,缩短施工周期,并降低了施工难度。
