The invention discloses a top tube well structure, and a construction method thereof. The structure comprises multiple steel plate piles which can be inserted in soil in a vertical and dismountable manner, wherein hollow construction space is formed through enclosure of the multiple steel plate piles; at least one layer of enclosing purlin structure is fixed on the inner side of each steel plate pile inside the construction space; the enclosing purlin structure comprises multiple enclosing purlins which are fixedly disposed on the inner side face of the steel plate pile, the multiple enclosingpurlins are successively fixed and connected in a head-to-tail manner, a supporting part is disposed on each of the enclosing purlin, and a corner support is connected between the adjacent enclosingpurlin; and an open caisson body is disposed on the lower part of the steel plate pile. The top tube well structure, and the construction method thereof disclosed by the invention have the beneficialeffects that the steel plate piles can give play to features of convenient construction and high efficiency; the reinforced concrete open caisson can give play to the advantages such as large rigidity, high side wall bearing force, high overall performance and high safety; efficiency, economic performance and safety can be guaranteed to the hilt; and thus, purposes of shorting construction duration and reducing engineering cost can be effectively realized.
本发明公开了一种顶管井结构及其施工方法,包括多个用于竖直可拆插设在土内的钢板桩,多个所述钢板桩围合成中空的施工空间;所述施工空间内的钢板桩内侧固定设有至少一层围檩结构;所述围檩结构包括多个固定设于所述钢板桩内侧面的围檩,多个所述围檩依次固定且首尾连接,各所述围檩的底部均设有支撑件,相邻的围檩之间连接有角撑;所述钢板桩的下部设有沉井本体。本发明的顶管井结构及其施工方法既能发挥钢板桩施工方便、效率高的特点,同时也能发挥钢筋混凝土沉井刚度大、侧壁承载力高、整体性好以及安全性高等优点,能最大化的兼顾效率、经济以及安全,从而达到有效的缩短施工工期,降低工程造价的目的。
