The invention relates to a municipal road rainwater secondary utilization system, and relates to the technical field of municipal engineering. The system comprises a rainwater filtering device, a water storage tank and a rainwater distribution device which sequentially communicate with one another through pipelines, and the rainwater filtering device, the water storage tank and the rainwater distribution device are located underground; the rainwater filtering device is connected with a rainwater port for draining rainwater on a municipal road; the rainwater distribution device comprises a plurality of water pumps and rainwater spraying guns capable of ascending and descending; and the rainwater spraying guns are located in a green belt. Each rainwater spraying gun comprises a main body, aplurality of irrigation spraying pipes and a road cooler, the water pumps are connected with the water storage box and the bottoms of the main bodies through pipelines, and the irrigation spraying pipes are located in the circumferential direction of the main bodies. Each road cooler comprises a water outlet main pipe, a plurality of water outlet branch pipes, a cover for plugging the water outletmain pipe and a temperature sensor located on the cover. The system has the effect that the rainwater on the municipal road can be collected and better utilized for the second time.
