The water collecting case is installed on the roof, collected rainwater is not prone to pollution, and the rainwater can be sufficiently utilized; and furthermore, snow resources can be utilized. The device has the effects of realizing high rainwater and snow utilization rate, saving water resources and being environment-friendly.
