The invention discloses a urine and excrement treatment device which comprises a urine and excrement separating unit, an excrement treatment unit, and a urine treatment unit. The urine and excrement separation unit communicates with a urine and excrement falling pipe and is used for performing solid-liquid separation of the mixture of urine and stool dropped by the pipe, the excrement treatment unit is arranged below the urine and excrement separation unit and is used for treating excrement which falls from the urine and excrement separation unit and is subjected to urine separation; and the urine treatment unit is connected with the urine and excrement separation unit and is used for treating the urine separated from the excrement. According to the invention, the real-time solid-liquid separation can be carried out on a mixture of urine and excrement generated in a defecation process, and the separated urine and excrement can be treated in real time, so that the sewage treatment efficiency can be remarkably improved, and the resource occupation problems of pipeline laying, land planning and treatment and the like caused by centralized treatment can be avoided.
