The invention discloses a bamboo arch structure of a bamboo museum roof and a construction process. The bamboo arch structure comprises a main beam column, connecting rods, reinforcing rods and side bases, wherein the two ends of the main beam column are inserted into main butt joint openings in a forked frame, the main beam column and the forked frame are bound and fixed, a built-in fixing columnis inserted into the forked frame to be fixed, a butt-joint inserting plate is inserted into a connecting frame base, the two sides of the butt-joint inserting plate are attached to connecting pads,a locking bolt sequentially penetrates through the connecting frame base and the butt-joint inserting plate and then is locked, stable connection between the connecting frame base and the butt-joint inserting plate is kept, bearing columns are inserted into a bearing frame, the bottom ends of the bearing columns penetrate through a bearing bottom plate to enter the interior of a butt joint main frame, the bearing columns are bound in the bearing frame, and fixed connection between the bearing columns and the bearing frame is kept. According to the structure, the connection stability of the bamboo arch structure can be effectively improved through the structure, construction of the bamboo arch roof of the bamboo house is met, and attractiveness is considered.
