The invention relates to a tensile shear-resistant seismic isolation support. The tensile shear-resistant seismic isolation support comprises an upper connecting steel plate, a lower connecting steelplate, anti-seismic inhaul cables, filling materials and a flexible pile casing, wherein the anti-seismic inhaul cable penetrates through holes in the upper connecting steel plate and the lower connecting steel plate and is fixed; the gaps between the anti-seismic inhaul cables are filled with the filling materials; and the flexible pile casing is fixed between the upper connecting steel plate andthe lower connecting steel plate, and the flexible pile casing wraps the filling materials and the anti-seismic inhaul cables between the upper connecting steel plate and the lower connecting steel plate. The seismic isolation support is simple in assembly process, low in cost, excellent in overall flatness, stability and tensile property and easy to popularize.
