The invention belongs to the technical field of photovoltaic assembles and relates to a mounting structure and a photovoltaic curtain wall mounted with such a mounting structure. The mounting structure comprises an attachment frame fixed to a building cross beam, the attachment frame is located in a gap between two photovoltaic assemblies arranged up and down, the attachment frame is connected tothe photovoltaic assembly located below, and the attachment frame is provided with a support portion supporting the bottom of the photovoltaic assembly located above and supporting the photovoltaic assembly located above; and the attachment frame and the photovoltaic assembly located below form an accommodating cavity for accommodating a cable. According to the mounting structure, the structure issimple, the space is saved on, the thickness of the photovoltaic assembly is reduced, the stability of the photovoltaic assembly is improved, no adhesive is needed to be applied additionally, and theinfluence of the adhesive on the heat dissipation of a junction box is avoided.
