Fabricated formwork-disassembly-free prefabricated steel bar truss floor and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a fabricated formwork-disassembly-free prefabricated steel bar truss floor which comprises a formwork system and a concrete structure. The floor is characterized in that the formwork system is formed by splicing a plurality of independent formwork system units, and a steel bar truss of each disassembly-free formwork system unit is in lap joint with a structural beam. Uninterrupted first bottom layer steel bars which are consistent with the direction of steel bar frames are laid between the adjacent steel bar frames, and second bottom steel bars are laid on the upper portions of lower chord ribs in the direction of vertical steel bar frames, and intersections of the first bottom steel bars and the second bottom steel bars are bound and connected. An upper layer structural rib net is welded to the upper surfaces of the steel bar trusses of the formwork system. An overall steel structure formed by the formwork system and upper layer structural ribs is densely filled with concrete, and the fabricated formwork-disassembly-free prefabricated steel bar truss floor is formed after the concrete is solidified. The invention further discloses a construction method of the fabricated formwork-disassembly-free prefabricated steel bar truss floor. The floor has the advantages of being simple in structure, convenient to process, capable of improving construction efficiency, good in rigidity and the like.
