The invention discloses a cast-in-place floor slab thickness embedded control construction method which sequentially comprises the steps of cutting a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) pipe into a short pipe according to the floor slab thickness requirement; pouring 1:2 cement mortar into the PVC short pipe, and sticking to compact the cement mortar in the pipe; inversely inserting an iron nail in the center of the mortar inside the PVC pipe; watering for maintenance; after the mortar reaches to 75 percent of strength, cutting the PVC pipe, and taking out a formed cement sand cylinder; installing the cement sand cylinder into a floor slab form; passing a wire at the top face of the cement sand cylinder; pouring floor concrete; binding to close the cut PVC short pipe by using a binding wire; uniformly painting a release agent in the bound and closed PVC pipe; and putting in order according to the designated place so as to realize reusability. The cast-in-place floor slab thickness embedded control construction method provided by the invention is convenient to operate, the quality control effect is intuitive, the engineering quality is improved, and the engineering cost is saved.
本发明公开了一种现浇楼板厚度预埋式控制施工方法,将PVC管按楼板厚度要求切断成短管→将1:2水泥砂浆灌入PVC短管内,并将管内水泥砂浆用棍插密实→在PVC管内砂浆中央倒插一颗铁钉→洒水养护→砂浆达到75%强度后切开PVC管取出成型水泥砂圆柱体→将水泥砂圆柱体安装在楼板模板中→在水泥砂圆柱体顶面通线→浇筑楼面混凝土→将被切开的PVC短管用扎线绑扎闭合→在已绑扎闭合的PVC管内均匀涂刷脱模剂→按指定地方摆放整齐以便重复使用。本发明操作方便、质量控制效果直观,提高了工程质量,节约了工程成本。
