Fabricated anti-cracking non-dismantling formwork, floor support plate and cast-in-situ non-dismantling formwork floor
The invention discloses a fabricated anti-cracking non-dismantling formwork. The fabricated anti-cracking non-dismantling formwork comprises a formwork body, lifting fastener grooves are formed in atleast one side and/or one corner of the four sides of the formwork body; oblique lifting support faces are arranged at the lower edges of the lifting fastener grooves in the same side face of the formwork body, and each lifting fastener groove is of a structure with narrow top and wide bottom. The invention further discloses a prefabricated non-dismantling floor support plate. The non-dismantlingfloor support plate is formed by splicing a plurality of the non-dismantling formwork units. Structural steel members are laid on the upper surfaces of the non-dismantling formworks. The invention further discloses a cast-in-situ non-dismantling formwork floor. The cast-in-situ non-dismantling formwork floor comprises the prefabricated non-dismantling floor support plate, structural reinforcementbars and/or a steel bar truss. The overall steel structure formed on the upper portion of the prefabricated non-dismantling floor is densely filled with concrete, and after the concrete is solidified,a concrete floor structure body is formed. The adjacent lifting fastener grooves are densely filled with concrete, and after the concrete is solidified, lifting tenons are formed. The problem is solved that joint seams of the non-dismantling formworks are cracked, and the non-dismantling formwork is firmer, safe and reliable.
