Modular fabricated concrete self-insulation wallboard
The invention discloses a modular fabricated concrete self-insulation wallboard which comprises a main wall body layer, an insulation core layer and an outer blade protection layer. The main wall bodylayer and the outer blade protection layer are connected through V-shaped steel tie bars. The V-shaped steel tie bars are composed of main wall body horizontal bars, main wall body longitudinal barsand main wall body truss steel bars. The multiple main wall body horizontal bars and the main wall body longitudinal bars penetrate into ring hook points of the main wall body truss steel bars and arewelded with the main wall body truss steel bars to form the V-shaped steel tie bars. The outer blade protection layer is filled with a polyurethane insulation material. According to the wallboard, coordination integrality between the body layer and an outer blade board is improved through the V-shaped steel tie bars; through horse tooth joint structures on the two sides of vertical seams, the anti-shear capacity of seams is improved, and the anti-seismic property is improved; and the insulation layer is closely bonded to the body layer and the outer blade layer through online foaming, and integration of insulation and the structure is achieved.
