The invention provides a keel mounting structure of an assembly type detachable wallboard system. The structure comprises a corner connector, a keel and a wallboard hanging piece, wherrin the corner connector comprises a first connecting part and a second connecting part which are perpendicular to each other, a second kidney-shaped hole is formed in the second connecting part, the keel is fixedlymounted on the second connecting part through a bolt, the keel is provided with a notch corresponding to the second kidney-shaped hole, the bolt penetrates through the second kidney-shaped hole and the notch, the keel is provided with a first limiting plate and a second limiting plate which are arranged in parallel, the height of the first limiting plate is larger than that of the second limitingplate, the wallboard hanging piece is fixedly installed on wallboard, and the bottom of the wallboard hanging piece is hung between the first limiting plate and the second limiting plate. A mounting method of the keel mounting structure of the assembly type detachable wallboard system is further provided. Compared with the prior art, the leveling process is simple, and a hanging position can be quickly found when the wallboard hanging piece is hung on the keel.
