The invention discloses a light silencing floor and a manufacturing method thereof. The light silencing floor comprises a base material layer, a wood grain layer and a bottom cushion layer; the wood grain layer is installed above the base material layer, and the bottom cushion layer is installed below the base material layer; multiple T-shaped grooves are formed in the top of the base material layer and the bottom of the wood grain layer correspondingly; the T-shaped grooves of the base material layer correspond to the T-shaped grooves of the wood grain layer, and an H-shaped strip is insertedinto each T-shaped groove; and limiting blocks are arranged on the two sides of the top of the base material layer, and limiting grooves matched with the limiting blocks are formed in the two sides of the bottom of the wood grain layer. According to the light silencing floor and the manufacturing method thereof, the matched T-shaped grooves are formed between the base material layer and the woodgrain layer, during installation, only the base material layer and the wood grain layer need to be combined, the limiting blocks are inserted into the limiting grooves, the upper T-shaped grooves andthe lower T-shaped grooves correspond to each other, then the H-shaped strips are inserted, gluing is not needed, the environment is protected, the structure is fixed, falling is not prone to happening, and durability is achieved.
