The invention provides an installation method of a modularized unit window. The installation method of the modularized unit window comprises the steps that a lifting system is arranged on a mobile robot; a suction cup frame is connected to the lifting system; glass suction cups are fixed to the suction cup frame; a unit window fixing device is arranged on the body structure; after the mobile robotis controlled to suck glass of the unit window through the glass suction cups, the mobile robot drives the unit window to move to the position nearby the body structure, and the mobile robot is controlled to fix the unit window to the unit window fixing device of the body structure. The robot conducts installation indoors and is completely free of weather influence, so that the work period can beeffectively shortened; since the robot conducts installation indoors, the situation that construction stops when it is dark is avoided; and the installation precision of the robot is easy to controland higher than that of manual installation, and design requirements can be more easily met.
本发明提供了一种模块化单元窗的安装方法,包括:在移动机器人上设置起升系统;将吸盘框架连接于所述起升系统上;将玻璃吸盘固定于所述吸盘框架上;在主体结构上设置单元窗固定装置;控制移动机器人通过玻璃吸盘吸附单元窗的玻璃后,移动机器人带动单元窗移动至主体结构附近,控制移动机器人将所述单元窗固定于所述主体结构的单元窗固定装置上。机器人在室内安装完全不受天气影响,可以有效的缩短工期;机器人在室内安装不存在天黑了就停止施工的情况;机器人安装控制精度容易控制,比人工的安装精度高,更易满足设计要求。
