The invention discloses a synchronous driving mechanism for a wall plastering device, the plastering device and a construction method. The synchronous driving mechanism is characterized in that a driving rod in a guiding groove is provided with an assembling long groove; a driving arm is hinged to the front end of a transmission rod through a hinge-joint round shaft; a swing rod is hinged to the front end of a support transverse rod through a hinge-joint rotating shaft; the front end of the driving arm is movably connected to a connecting round shaft on the side wall of the swing rod; a guiding transverse seat is arranged on the bottom face of the front end of the support transverse rod; a guiding protruding pillar on the outer wall of the lower portion of the driving arm is arranged in the guiding long groove; a long recession transverse groove is formed in one side wall of the front end of a guiding long seat; a transmission protruding pillar is arranged in the long recession transverse groove; a linkage shaft is arranged in a pump seat; one end of the linage shaft is connected with a pump body, and the other end of the linage shaft extends out of the side wall of the pump seat and is provided with a driving disc; and an eccentric shaft is arranged on the outer side face of the driving disc and movably connected with the transmission guide pillar through a transmission arm. The synchronous driving mechanism is simple in structure; feeding can be conducted synchronously in the plastering process; and the synchronous driving mechanism is convenient to use.
本发明公开了用于墙面粉刷装置的同步驱动机构及粉刷装置和施工方法,其中同步驱动机构:在导向槽内的驱动杆上设有装配长槽,在传动杆前端通过铰接圆轴铰接有驱动臂,在支撑横杆前端通过铰接转轴铰接有摆动杆,驱动臂前端活动连接在摆动杆侧壁上的连接圆轴上,在支撑横杆前端底面上设有导向横座,在驱动臂下部外壁上的导向凸柱设置在导向长槽内,在导向长座前端一侧壁上设有长让位横槽,传动凸柱设置在长让位横槽内,在泵座内设有联动轴,联动轴的一端与泵体相连接,联动轴的另一端伸出泵座侧壁并设置有驱动圆盘,在驱动圆盘外侧面上设有偏心轴,偏心轴和传动凸柱通过传动臂活动连接。本发明结构简单,能在粉刷的过程同步送料,使用方便。
