The invention discloses a lifting anti-falling safety device for a scaffold. The device comprises steel wire ropes and limiting buckles. The steel wire ropes are installed on vertical rods at the twoends of the scaffold, the steel wire ropes are connected with the vertical rods through connecting pieces, the limiting buckles are arranged below the connection positions of the steel wire ropes andthe vertical rods, the steel wire ropes are prevented from sliding downwards, and safety belts of constructors are hung on the steel wire ropes. The problem of unsafe construction of constructors on the scaffold in the prior art is solved.
